Do I need to install anything?
No. Nexper opens in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer. On your phone you can add it to the home screen and it opens like an app.
Do I need special hardware?
No. Your phone camera scans barcodes. If you already have a printer you can print bills, but most shops just send the bill on WhatsApp.
What happens when the internet goes down?
New bills and stock changes are saved on your phone and sent automatically when you are back online. Reports need a connection.
Is it really free?
Yes. Billing, stock, udhaar, day close, expenses, cashbook and the GST summary are free for one shop, with you plus one staff login. During early access every Pro feature is free too.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Each helper gets a staff code and PIN, and you decide which screens they can see. The limits are checked on our server, not just hidden in the app.
Is it GST ready?
You get a rate-wise GST summary for any month and a GSTR-1 export for the GST Offline Tool. It is a helper, not a filing service, so please check returns with your accountant.
Is my shop’s data safe?
Each shop’s data is kept separate by access rules in the database, and only the people you add can see it. Read our privacy policy for details.
